Carillon Lakes Property

Very nice venue for our church winter dinner. Plenty of space with a separate room to set up the food. We had room for an appetizer and drink table, entree table with 40 entrees plus suckling pig, and a dessert table. We had 10 dining tables with a large open space in the center of the room for the church groups to give presentations, a greedy santa gift session, and a dance after.

My real estate clients love buying and selling in Carillon Lakes. The single family homes and condos have yard service included! The clubhouse is great (there are loads of activities organized for residents). The pool is warm, and the tennis courts, basketball courts and walk trails make for a great lifestyle. My clients also feel safe and secure with the guarded gated entrance. This is not a 55+ plus community. Some of my clients live in one section of the neighborhood while their parents and or grand parents live in another area. I highly recommend this homey community to my clients. Community is very nice and friendly place to live. Grounds and homes are kept nice and groomed. Many people own golf carts to get around. Many amenities. Great security.
