We recently had the pleasure of having our space remodeled by Pristine Remodeling. We originally found a bad kitchen leak that required us to replace all of our cabinets and then one thing lead to another and I now have a brand new kitchen + dining room and floors! 😁
From the start, Ax was quick to respond and came out the next morning, was very professional, and definitely has a passion for what he does. Him and his crew were reliable and trustworthy throughout the process. They took care of any questions and concerns we had throughout the journey and always put our needs first. He gave his honest opinions and advice no matter how many times I bothered him about this and that. Him and his crew are very knowledgeable and put out quality work-it shows in every corner.
Being without a kitchen for some time with young children can be a stressful time, but he was understanding of that and his crew worked hard to get us back to normal.
Our space has been beautifully transformed into my dream kitchen and dining room and everytime I walk in it feels like we are in a different home! I am so grateful, thank you for everything.
I would highly reccomded pristine remodeling- they can absolutely make your vision come to life!
Before and Afters:
Pristine Remodeling was recommended to us after Hurricane Ian. Our house ended up being gutted because of water damage. Ax came out immediately when called and guided us through the whole rebuilding process. Most of the communication was through emails and texts, as we lived in another state. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.
This is easily 5 months too late, all I can say is we have finally been enjoying our house so much that I have not taken the time to write this review. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and are having people over so much thanks to their craftsmanship. Really - we had 22 friends and family over for Thanksgiving and it was glorious.
Ax and Jenna were the only contractors willing to listen and try to flesh out our vision. We truly could not be happier. Jenna listened intently to what we wanted and asked about how we wanted to move and feel in our space. The question of feel was key, so often we think about how it looks or the functionality but that is not necessarily what makes a happy home. This tested our communication and desires and helped us get to where we actually want to be: a kitchen we love and engage with each other in often. Ax was the functional brain, grounding us when we wanted wild things. To top it off, they were NOT the most expensive. We were asking for a lot and felt the price was reasonable.
THE PROJECT:
This was not a basic remodel. We wanted to move our kitchen to a previous addition that was just not functional. As 2 chefs, we needed much bigger than the original 8x8 kitchen of our 1971 home. We wanted to move it to a roughly 18x25 addition that was built in the late 1970s. That room was obviously not built for our intention, electrical, plumbing, drywall all had to be put in. The old kitchen had to be demoed. We also decided to rip up all the carpet (including shag) from the main living space.
THE FEEL:
They way Jenna approached each question brought us closer together. I was so afraid that this extensive project was going to test our resolve and relationship. Jenna was fantastic: patient and understanding. Jonathan was a dream and expert craftsman. Our dog still goes looking for him all these months later.
THE TIMELINE:
With such a big project, we knew it would not be quick. We were told 6 weeks from when demo started and that we would have the kitchen by Halloween. They did not disappoint. From design to punch list we were done in about 8 weeks. Honestly, I thought that time would be miserable and absolutely was not. Jonathan was a joy to have around the house and Jenna became our bestie. We were traveling often in that time and we felt at ease with both of them in and out without us here.
LOGISTICS:
I do not believe you can do this type of project without some kind of hiccup. We certainly did not make it easy with our many travel plans and changes to the idea. Jenna took all of it in stride, from communication to execution. I appreciate most that they took ownership when there were some hiccups: nothing major that we notice now but they did occur and Jenna and Ax rebounding quickly and made things right.
I wish I had better pictures for you. Here, some before and after. The teal room is the old kitchen (became a library) and the room with the fireplace (new kitchen) is the odd addition. Please excuse our mess, we were still putting everything back. Sorry, no glamour shots. Just enjoying our kitchen.
The bookcase we had Pristine build for us has become a point of pride in our new home. Their carpenter Jonathan’s workmanship, work-ethic and attention to detail shows through the quality of what he built for us. Their painting team continued the great experience for us with their quality and customer service as well. Neither team compromised their workmanship in order to get the job done. And to top it off, they managed to complete the whole project in less than a week! It turned out just as nice as we’d hoped and are looking forward to contacting Pristine again for our future projects.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Pristine Remodeling for the renovation of our master and guest bathrooms, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the beginning, Ax and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for our project.
The project was led by Jenna, who was an absolute star. She managed every aspect of the renovation with precision and grace, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Communication was flawless throughout; Jenna kept us informed of the progress and was always available to answer our questions or address any concerns.
The quality of workmanship is evident in every detail of both bathrooms. The team's attention to design and functionality has transformed these spaces into highlights of our home. They managed to capture exactly what we envisioned, suggesting materials and designs that fit our taste perfectly.
What stood out most, apart from the stunning results, was the team's respect for our home and their cleanliness throughout the entire process. Every day, they made sure to clean up, minimizing the disruption and making the renovation experience as comfortable as possible for us.
Choosing Pristine Remodeling for our bathroom remodels was the best decision we could have made. Ax, Jenna, and their team exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're considering any home renovation projects, look no further. Their expertise, customer service, and the beautiful outcomes speak for themselves. We are beyond thrilled with our new bathrooms and grateful to have worked with such a fantastic company.
