I was stuck mentally in a freeze state and couldn’t think or speak but thanks to Ruthie, I can now have conversations with ease. I was able to return to my call center job which I previously thought was impossible. I learned coping skills and tools so I could perform at work and also be a better wife and mother.

She is the best therapist I have had, back story I have moved 5 times and had 6 different therapist and she had helped me through Everything family problems suicidal thoughts, cutting myself, hating my body , trying to commit suicide, and a lot more. I really do recommend. Her to everyone
