(March 9, 2023, 7:44 pm)Antionette's combination journal therapy and aerial yoga class is very relaxing and uplifting at the same time. I wish I could afford to have an aerial silk cocoon at home because it is EVERYTHING! Also, give her aqua yoga a try because it is equally invigorating and lends itself to a girlfriends self care day experience!
(February 12, 2023, 8:16 pm)The Glamping Day was a great experience. Antionette was a great instructor and had everything was planned. The atmosphere was good, pleasant and comfortable. I definitely will be attending other events in the future.
