(July 2, 2018, 11:08 pm)The check-in I suppose is normal now but is bizzarely human-less checking in on a machine, however it is faster. The people who drew the blood were nice, given I have a history of passing out I would have preferred they spent more time maybe distracting me like previous blood draw places have.
Granted, what they were talking about was on topic. What I do NOT like is the Quest costumer support. It's all robots and copy paste.
However, I can't blame the lab for that. They sent what they needed to to my doctors and the people were decent and honest. Not sure what more I could expect from this kind of service.
