She was patient to explain the proposed policies and displayed professionalism at all times. I feel it important to note that I write this recommendation despite not moving forward with a policy proposed by FCI. I was impressed with Melissa and felt comfortable with her and FCI - which is why I wanted to share my positive experience - but being torn between a few policies I chose another option... I hope I don't regret my choice. I would return to FCI and Melissa's services without hesitation.
