There the best customer service autozene I ever been I had an emergency with my boyfriend I called and ask if they could wait for me I was 6 min away from them so I could buy the tool that we needed and they waited for us 5 stars service

Dennis D the store manager was extremely helpful and not only got the bulb we needed but brought out and installed it for me when I was here with my daughter and had my hands full. Got a new battery with a 3 year warranty, started giving me issues after a year and a half. Getting a new battery was quick and easy, and the warranty saved me $200 for a new battery. Workers were nice and helpful, helping install the new battery. Thank you Autozone!

I'm done waiting to replace my windshield wipers. Stopped by this Autozone. In no time, I had new wipers front and back purchased and even installed. Wow! What wonderful help! I'm so grateful to be able to stop worrying about being able to see out my car windows to drive safely! It was so EASY!

Ran into issues with my car starting and was able to get a jump and get to AutoZone to get it checked out where I met Dennis who was beyond helpful, patient, and kind while I tried to not be so stressed out. He was able to help determine I needed a new battery, explain my options, then installed it for me. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend if you find yourself in a bind like I was.

I have been with Glen at Allstate since he started in Pennington quite a few years ago. He has been providing insurance (homeowner, auto and umbrella) to me and my family through raising kids, car accidents and the like - always good to talk to, always helpful, always reliable. When my daughter totaled her 2004 Corolla last year, he and the entire office was there to advise me about what to do, how to proceed, whether I should put in a claim and what the impact would be.

So - Glen gets 5 stars.

I've taken off the fifth star overall, however, due to issues largely outside his control - having to do with Allstate policies - once kids have their second accident or a few points on their license, rates go way up, and it makes sense to have them go with other companies.

Please note, however, that even though the kids are priced out of Allstate, I continue to insure my house, investments and cars through Glenn and Allstate.
