  Heather is very kind and compassionate. She is great with accommodating scheduling, including early/late appointments or digital sessions. She is reachable between appointments should you need it and encourages you to share events that may happen between appointments so you are not constantly playing catchup when you have an appointment. Would recommend to anyone seeking counseling services.

  Heather is a flexible, kind, and dedicated practitioner. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs as a client. She is quick to respond to messages and calls and makes herself available to her clients more than most practitioners I know. She is very hard working and is excellent at recognizing what her clients need. She has a diverse background and is willing to educate herself if she is not familiar with what you need. She is honest, hears you out on your needs, encourages positive behaviors and habits, and is overall an excellent professional to have as part of your care team. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and has never once made me feel inferior for my identity. She encourages authenticity and makes you think about everything from every possible angle. She maintains detailed notes and this is the first time as a client I have felt truly heard and valued. She defines the name of the practice “Better Together” by working alongside her clients and making them feel as if they are never alone. If you’ve been in therapy before and are looking for a wholesome, genuine, and new approach, Heather is your gal.
