I stopped at this particular store because it was along my route... I've never been there before... I was looking for some new shoes for my husband who is on his feet all day 10-14 hrs... I wanted some stylish, good, quality shoes with good support/soles...All that jazz... Patty was in the shoe department where she normally doesn't work. She was so super duper friendly and helpful to me ????... And Melody was my cashier: She was flipping awesome ????

I usually prefer this Bealls store in Lakeland over others in Lakeland or Plant City, but I had been in the store 2 days prior, but stopped in the store due to the advertisement in paper saying Black Friday Sale, no major sales except buy one get one free on intimate apparel. I did purchase a a bra and got the lesser price bra free. But the customer service is lacking especially when shopping for Bras. Most of my Bras have been purchased at Victoria's Secret or Lane Bryant, who are top notch in helping you find the right bra, you don't even have to leave your dressing room at the other two stores, you have your own personal assistant.
I should mention the sales lady who helped me order a top in a larger size was very helpful, but i think the shipping charge could have been waved.
