The first thing that I noticed about this particular Lowe's location is the fact that I was greeted with a smile as I entered. All the associates, in fact, smiled and were quite friendly.

The item I needed was in stock and priced fairly. Overall my visit was really pleasent. Hope this helps.

I just wanted to say how great my experience was on Monday afternoon. I went in to purchase some tile to finish my bathroom. When what I needed wasn't on the shelf I asked for help. In comes Stan from the Flooring Department. Stan was kind, helpful and was very interested in making sure I got what I needed. After Stan found a forklift driver, retrieved the product from overstock and helped me load my cart with the 10 boxes I needed. After that I needed some mosaic tile for trim and your store was out. Stan called the north side store but got put on hold, not wanting me to wait around Stan took my cell phone number and called me after he clarified they had my product. He spoke with Brannon and they had the tile waiting when I arrived. Stan customer service help is what keeps me coming back to your store. I always get great help from Ron, Louis and Dale and now Stan is another go to guy!!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Great customer service. Found the lawn chairs we love, only problem was they didn't have them in stock. But, sales gal found them in another store so put a hold on them for us. We are happy campers. Would have given them a 5 star if Lakeland had them in stock!

Tommy in Appliances was very helpful. He helped us find everything we needed. We purchased all our appliances and scheduled delivery. Thank you Tommy for your excellent help.

Of all the Lowe's this is the better of them. Got my vinyl floors from here. My installer I found myself was able to help me. The associates were not bad but didn't know alot about flooring, probably work in too many departments to get one fully. I would say stick them in one place and give them better training.
