Lakeland Regional Health North Campus/Hollis Cancer Center

I have been a breast cancer patient since 2007 here and I don't want to go anywhere else as the staff here is so wonderful between the good Lord and this place I am very grateful for all they do for everyone.

Jade, as her name implies is a real jem. She was so polite and patient. Got me a wheel chair without my having to ask. Took us to our destination then magically appeared to help me to the restroom then took me out to my waiting ride. Never appeared to be put out. She was so pleasant. She made me feel cared about. You have a very special young lady working for you!

It is super clean and the staff is super friendly to your face but the reception staff should use their off time at home or elsewhere to gossip about other workers. If you really have a problem then you should either confront the offending employee to discuss your grievances or report them to your supervisor especially if the coworker is interfering with your job. Overall I love the doctors, nurses, and medical assistants. They are very caring and concerned with the health of the patients in their care which is why I felt they warranted 4 stars. I’m not a fan of gossip or talking about people behind their back but that is my own personal pet peeve.
