Also their service department pays attention to detail and makes it a point to “Hug” their customers!

From my salesperson, Furman Clark and the awesome finance gal, Lanette. As a first time buyer of a BMW and my first experience dealing with Fields Automotive Group, I could not have felt more at home and appreciated as a customer. I'd highly recommend them if you're considering a new vehicle. They are first class all the way.
(July 31, 2019, 4:08 pm)Amazing experience at Fields Lakeland. I was met by Joe Roth as soon as I pulled into the dealership. Joe not only knew the products well but has a passion for the BMW brand. He patiently answered all my questions. I felt more like I was visiting with family than at a dealership. The Finance Manager Michael Wagner is kind, brilliant and very genuine. He made the process so easy. I highly recommend Fields BMW Lakeland. The quality employees make the difference. Fields Lakeland helped me realize a dream and own a car I have wanted for years.
