(November 2, 2019, 11:46 am)After a very horrible experience at a different dealership, we were referred to Lakeland Toyota. Although I understand that the car buying experience is going to be long, we were there a little longer than I would have liked especially since I didn't have dinner and I'm a diabetic. However Gabe, Dylan and Chris A. were great. They were honest and upfront with us and made this a very good experience. We will definitely come back to Lakeland Toyota if we're in the market for a new vehicle again.
(October 25, 2019, 5:51 pm)Good customer service. Mandy was great. Very professional ????. Kept me informed and returned my call in a timely manner. Had an oil change and tire rotation while they took care of two recalls on my vehicle. Dropped off in the AM. Everything was done by early afternoon.
