Through the past 4 years in N. Lakeland I have always brought my Chocolate Lab "Z" here for everything from boarding to care. This whole staff is the best. They are compassionate and very caring. They also grew a fondness for Z and he for them.
Late last year he developed a tumor which didn't seem to be such a big deal, until it was... suddenly. It was inoperable due to the location and chances. Sadly I had him put down here in February. He was 13. Everyone was most caring, gentle and sincere with this unfortunate incident.
As I was leaving I saw them all crying in the office.
If you're looking for a great veterinary crew, this is the place!
I hope he has endless Frisbees in Heaven.
(June 10, 2019, 11:59 am)Dropped by from out of town needing a quick dog nail trim (no appointment). They got us right in & were super fast. Very friendly great service. Would've given 5 stars but it smelled kinda funky. Other than that it's a very good place.
(May 30, 2019, 10:03 am)Where have I been all these years that I have missed this office, the most caring, loving staff. From the moment you make the call is nothing but care and concern for our worries. I will never change to any vet from this point on. God Bless them all!!
