Thank you for your feedback in regards to the post about your refund. We would like to take the time to clarify a few things. When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carrier's statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures.
