Adam Rutz - State Farm Insurance Agent

I moved here from Maryland 5 months ago and had no insurance contact at all. I found Adam and he has been a blessing to me he's handled everything for me and advised me about the different Florida rules and educated me on further purchases. He called me 1 day after Ian had made landfall just to make sure if I needed assistance with anything and to check on my family. He is amazing and I could not be more grateful for his service to us.

Spoke with Jared to get a quote on a new auto policy and he was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of policies available. I would definitely recommend State Farm for any insurance needs you may have. They saved me a bunch of money so I’m happy about that!

Adam and his team did a fantastic job getting us auto coverage at significantly lower rates than Progressive. He also was able to get us much better coverage and higher liability amounts to protect in case of an unforeseen event. If you have a young drive on your policy you definitely need to talk with Adam.

I was a lifelong State Farm member growing up - probably 15 years I was a loyal customer until about 12 years ago, I was forced to leave State Farm and my local agent due to my insurance rates increasing excessively. I changed to several online carriers who had pretty good customer service but I found it very impersonal and quite frankly not fitting of the way that I prefer to do business. I began researching (as I usually do every year) for a new company as my rates had gone out of control. I was also about to add a new licensed driver (a new 16 year old ugh). Adam's office called me as my name came up on their prospect list. I always get a SF quote but was doubtful that they could help. Adam and his team really sharpened their pencil and worked hard to beat my current quotes with the same amount of coverage plus were able to add additional coverage for another line that I was desperately needing to buy. Needless to say, I bound coverage immediately and moved forward.

Adam is an excellent communicator. While at the time of this review, he's a younger person, he came with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. He truly upholds old school business values of relationship building, transparency, and the value of his word. Adam's follow up and communication on items is exactly what you want in your personal business dealings which is a rare and refreshing change from other business owners and professionals.
