(June 12, 2019, 7:41 pm)Experiencing a plumbing disaster is horrible. Willy was very thorough finding the issue, fixing it, cleaning up and communicating all the way through the process. He checked and double checked everything before he ever thought about leaving! I really feel that he totally cares about his customers which made this whole thing much easier to deal with. Give him a hug from me ????
(May 6, 2019, 3:45 pm)I called for a non-emergency appointment to remount and repair existing toilet. They scheduled David for the next day and advised of $85 service fee that would be credited towards the repair. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. Price was a little higher than expected, but they came back later the same day to correct the remaining issues. David and Jayden did a great job and were very nice. Crystal in the office escalated to the manager who made sure everything was great when they left.
(March 6, 2019, 7:03 pm)Chris #82 from the Lakeland office came by today and replaced our kitchen sink. Chris was one of the most professional people I had the pleasure to obtain this service. He was on time knew exactly what to do and completed the job in a timely manner. The price was good also. I would recommend Chris' work for any plumbing job you need done right!! Thank you Chris - you made my wife very happy!! Ron Gardiner
