I love shopping at Old Navy. I do feel they need to switch up the dressing rooms as I has to wait over 40 minutes for a dressing room that could fit a stroller while the other smaller dressing rooms were opened. Clothes were scattered throughout the store on the floor and many articles of clothing were not in their respected size areas so it was harder to find what I was looking for. I did have to return a few things and didn't experience any issues there. It does get a bit warm in the store as they keep their front store doors open.

Wish they catered to the plus size a little more in this store, you have to go online to get size 3X unless you are lucky to find some in the clearance section. But the rest of the family got their Christmas shirts in store.
