Family Reptiles

I just inherited a couple of Tortoises and needed a few supplies. We had drove past Family Reptiles before so we stopped in. The folks there were so friendly and knowledgeable. And their 4 footed furry employee was awful cute. The prices were good too. We will definitely be back.

Update: my princess is doing amazing but remember people no tomatoes!!! I took it out right away !!!! Absolutely love this reptile store the employees are very friendly and informative. Inside it’s beautiful, neat and! I bought a baby Salcata tortoise and so did my friend. Prices are fair and I have everything I need for my new baby :) I am in love thank you all. We will be forever customers!!!

Family Reptiles visited us in Columbia SC for Repticon. I loved their selection and customer service! Scott was awesome, Tiana was so friendly!

I wouldn’t change a thing about this store! Everyone is beyond helpful and sweet. Open to us bringing out support dog inside and he made some super adorable friends! Went in to get some stuff to finish starting off my terrarium, everyone was helpful and welcoming! Will definitely be back probably more than I should! A great variety of things to choose from, super clean and organized! Thank you guys again for the amazing team you have and all the help!

I have purchased 4 snakes and 5 complete setups in the last couple of months. I have always had great experiences, I drive 45 minutes just to get to your store. Scott takes the time to really care about his customer and it is greatly appreciated! Me and my family look forward to doing business with them for a long time to come.
