Vets Army & Navy Surplus

They have a ton of inventory so given you have time to look you'll probably find whatever you're looking for. Not to badly priced either. Staff is friendly, nice and air conditioned unlike many surplus stores I've been in.

It's a nice place but has weird parking. You definitely don't want to park on the wrong side of the building. The selection is pretty good - not as good as some larger places, but better than many surplus shops. The pricing is not very good. I understand they have overhead, but the markup is pretty incredible. I had some pretty specific needs when I came in. While they had some of what I was looking for, it was easily twice what I would pay online. I don't mind paying extra to shop local, but this was a lot more than even I'm willing to pay. Maybe there are deals to be had here, but we did not see any. I hope they get enough business from the local market to stay afloat. We need more surplus shops, not fewer.
