Central Florida Health Care - Lakeland Primary Care

Honestly blown away at just my first prenatal care visit❤️ Natalie Wiepert and her nurse Kayla helped to make sure I was comfortable and gave me plenty of reassurance for a new expecting mom❤️

I go to central Florida healthcare for my primary and I just had my first OBGYN appointment today. Overall I think both sides do very well. I believe that they are thorough for the most part. When I go to my primary and express concerns, they try to work with me and ask probing questions to figure out what may be wrong and order any labs or testing from there. The OBGYN part was also thorough. They heard my concerns, walked and talked me through procedures and tests. It didn’t hurt and was fast. I was pleased and I believe this place deserves a little more credit than some of the reviews I’ve seen. The only thing I will say however is that one time I was told I could come in to get lab work done and when I came the whole place was closed for the day for some reason so that was definitely frustrating! That’s the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 because that experience was inconvenient.
