Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The customer service was amazing! I was acknowledged by Dev the moment I stepped up to the counter! This really impressed me since more often than not I find myself standing at the counter of a restaurant patiently waiting for 5 minutes for someone to even ask me how may they help me. This was pleasant relief from the norm of late! Also, the ice was delicious and refreshing!

My first experience at Rita’s was super nice. Eva was very patient and made us feel comfortable since we weren’t sure what we wanted. We will be returning.

This was my first time coming here and it was so amazing and the staff were so friendly! There was a staff member named Dev and he was super chill and nice and was patient while my friend and I chose our items. He also was cleaning the seats outside when we arrived which made me feel good and safe in sitting there knowing that the staff washed it regularly. Overall, great experience!

Bentley was very patient w us. We asked for a few flavors and he helped w his opinion. When I'm in the area, I'll be back!

Hector is the best and the sweetest!! He took care of my babies order and mine professionally and with the most biggest smile. Totally coming back.
