(July 13, 2023, 3:02 pm)Took in three pairs of pants for tapering and to adjust the length. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Haven’t felt this good about new pants in a long time. Turn around was a week. Even offered an earlier deadline if it was necessary, thankfully it wasn’t, but nice to know they could make that happen.

Let me start by saying this review is waaaay past due. I was in a huge pickle last year in September and needed alterations done asap. My son purchased a suit and several shirts at JoS. A. Bank and due to it being prom season JoS. could not assist with the alterations. The rep at JoS. was so kind to refer us to SewBox. I was super hesitant to take the items to them since it was a suit that needed lots of tucking and hemming, plus my 1st time visiting and being previously burned by OTHER alteration sites -- that did a terrible job!
Upon arriving I was greeted by a warm welcoming smile. I spoke to Juliana who assisted my son and I throughout our time there and gave us one on one attention. I explained the urgency of getting these items altered. She explained they had a lot of alterations for prom as well, but would really try to accommodate us as best as she could. My son was fitted and off we went with great confidence that they'd do a great job.
To my surprise I received a text sooner then projected and we went to pick up the shirts and suit. I was shocked with the FANTASTIC work they did!!! The shirts were taken in PERFECTLY and the alterations for the suit was just absolutely INCREDIBLE and incredible being a understatement!!!!
So if you are in need of alterations look no more!!! The constant in and out of happy customers, brides to be everytime I've been there speaks volumes of the kind of work they do.

(December 14, 2022, 5:17 pm)They are in the process of altering my wedding dress and I have never dealt with a faster or more professional staff. The people are so wonderful and caring. My dress was not easy, as I am 4 sizes smaller in my top than my hips and butt so, I bought a dress to fit my butt/hips and they took in the top half of the entire dress. Lots of layers and lace application that they have done like perfection. I'm not a easy body type to alter to, but they have done an immaculate job.
I cannot recommend this place high enough! Go for your prom or wedding or anything and you won't be disappointed.
(September 26, 2022, 7:01 am)I came in a few days before the proposal to my fiancé now, and they attended me quickly and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for being so quick and making a way for me to have my suit ready on time.
(January 12, 2022, 9:02 pm)Sewbox has been great. I dropped off my wedding dress. I went back for a fitting and for them to finalize and its so close to perfect. I cant wait to see when its done.
Update: the wedding is done and I'd love for you guys to see how it looked on the special day. My best friend gets married next year and I am a bridesmaid in her wedding in January. Im sure ill need tailoring so Ill see yall in December. 🥰
