(April 7, 2023, 7:19 am)My Mom was a patient for 3 weeks. The staff were very helpful from Tammy in admissions that went over all my concerns in placing Mom there (1st time doing this). The front desk ladies were always smiling and Mom loved these 2 sweet ladies. The staff that took care of her were wonderful and patient with Mom she has dementia and she would tell them the same story over and over and these sweet ladies acted like it was the 1st time hearing it. Everyone I encountered there was nice including the nice lady from the laundry dept. that went over and above finding Mom's new pajamas that were misplaced. My Mom at 88 sings karaoke and the activities director played a song and let her sing she told me how that made her so happy. I was impressed with how clean the rooms , the floors, Mom's restroom and most of all Mom was always in clean clothes . If and when I have to place her again I won't hesitate to take her back there.

(April 3, 2023, 7:19 pm)Looked at this location today and found it to be very clean up lifting and friendly. Team is always looking to improve not just the care but the quality of life interaction with the people staying with them. A beautiful place to spend my days.

(March 6, 2023, 3:32 pm)People seem to make a review only about negativity. Not me. The entire staff at Charming is awesome! My Honey is getting great care! My experience is good! It's not easy to work at a rehab. Very demanding. These folks rock! Thankful for them all!
