(November 14, 2019, 1:56 pm)I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jason Thompson at the Verizon store in Lakeland, Florida today. He helped me upgrade my phone, increase my data and changed everything over to my new phone. He was very informative in all products in the store and explained everything in a way I could understand. I will definitely ask for Jason anytime I need help with my Verizon cell phone.

Walked into to the Verizon store and I'm so thankful to Jason Thompson for taking time to answer was my questions. He was very patient and informative. Helped me find the right phone and accessories and helped me walk out in a much better mood than when I walked in.
(November 11, 2019, 4:25 pm)I had the greatest experience here with Keicha ! She was helping my daughter and actually helped us both get 2 new phones! She was very patient with me and my phone because it was acting up she even stayed after her shift to make sure I was all set and happy with my phone. Hands down one of the best experience I’ve had. Even the rest of the staff was very helpful and was trying to help figure out what was going on transferring my information if you need anything I would definitely come to this store!
(October 28, 2019, 8:03 pm)I went in to the lakeside village location needing a new phone. Jason was very helpful, he had my phone ready when I got there to be set up. He also made sure my stuff was backed up and everything went smoothly. While I was there we went over my bill and he set me up on a new plan that saved me money. The team work between the employees at this store was awesome.
(October 1, 2019, 7:43 pm)This is the best and only Verizon that I come to. I came to the same store to see Jason M. a year ago and I called him again today and got the best deal on my new iPhone. Jason really went above and beyond to find the best plan for me and found an amazing deal on the phone. I would highly recommend this store to anyone, and ask for Jason when you come in.
