“We have been with GTE FCU for around 8 years now, never had an issue with our account that wasn't resolved right away. I was reluctant when they transitioned over to teller machines instead of actual people, but do enjoy being able to deposit cash from the car into the ATM at any hour vs waiting until they open. Only giving 4 stars though because the drive thru ATM only accepts cash like 8 out of every 10 times I go...”

“I'm amazed at how much care can be given. They even have hyperbaric chambers at this location to assist in healing of certain types of wounds. My friend came for wound care on a wound that wouldn't heal normally due to radiation treatments on that breast area. The doctor said it may take a year or two to heal. We started daily hyperbaric treatments - 7 so far. The wound is looking good according to the doctor. I checked the hours today with reception. The are closed on the weekends. Open at 7 AM and the last patient is scheduled for 2 PM so they are typically closed around 3 PM.”

“Dr. Todd Hall is an awesome surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He took me in at 7 am the next morning for surgery on my fibula after fracturing it the night previously. He didn’t have to do that, because the ER doctor was about to discharge me home. If he didn’t take me in right away, I would have had to wait for an office visit, prolonging my healing time. Ran out of pain pills after taking them as instructed but a refill was refused until my scheduled Dr. visit. Dont know if it was the fault of the new drug laws. Dr Crank seemed to be a good Dr.”
