When I got to my room and sat in the chair the doctor came in right behind me. You're sent a patient survey beforehand and you do it electronically which was really nice! I thought I would have to print out the papers and fill them in. You can even complete them from your phone. Staff: Everyone was friendly from the moment I set up my appointment, to when I was checked in, and the woman who showed me to the testing room. Dr. Kayla Wilkins is genuine and down to Earth. She listened and understood what I was describing... which I'm going to be honest, I was still hoping I was just full of ear wax... but she was so calm and understanding it was amazing. She didn't even mind my stress chatter or tons of questions. This was a way different experience than the last time I went to an Audiologist and I'm glad. I would highly recommend going here.”
