I have been going to Dr. Palo for years. My best dental experiences have all occurred at his practice. All the employees are very professional and courteous and Dr. Palo himself is a genuine person. Great place.

Joanne, the dental technician with 35 years of experience, was wonderfully professional, efficient, and friendly. She had practical and detailed answers to all my questions (which were many), and completed long-overdue x-rays and a fairly involved cleaning. Dr. Palo also answered my questions, and had confidence in the work of Joanne, which made me even more comfortable. I never felt judged for my years of neglecting my treatment: I came in very concerned after not having treatment in four years, and left relieved, with a noticeably brighter smile! Their office staff was also kind, and very speedy at determining my insurance benefits, and getting me the best price possible.

It was my first visit. The dental hygienist was very thorough and instructional. She was also very skilled and gentle. Dr. Palo addressed my needs and concerns and gave recommendations for future treatment care. I look forward to continued dental care and believing for exceptional results in the replacement of two failed front crowns and additional cosmetic dentistry work.

This visit was as a new patient and I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Palo. Everyone was not only courteous but also knowledgeable. Glad I have finally found a dentist in the area.

Very pleased with my experience. For a new patient going in for a continuous routine cleaning, l couldn't have been happier with the hygienist and dentist at this extremely professional facility. Staffing goes above and beyond(even found out my partner could be a patient, staffing took that much effort in helping me). Hygienist did an exceptional job, felt they proceeded my expectations and left with no soreness but definitely did a thorough process. Already scheduled out my next three appointments ahead and encouraged many friends and family to become members. Absolutely relieved to have found such a fantastic establishment.
