(May 16, 2018, 2:28 am)I bought a small place here in July. I've had no problems. The management and residents have been nothing but kind.
Update... owners & management have changed. Lot rent has gone up every year, promises made for upgrades & maintenance have not been kept, management is gets very defensive about little things & say things like "it's not my problem"... have given up talking to them.
