Johnny's Automotive - Winter Haven

We needed someone to service our Ram pickup and by doing our due diligence through researching different business we landed on Johnny's Automotive.
We can't say enough about this establishment. They are so kind and have such patience when we threw multiple questions and concerns at them. Turnaround time is phenomenal! We picked up our truck this afternoon and were immediately welcomed with a hello and a smile from Mark.
Because we were 1st time customers we were given two lollipops and a yellow rose 💛
As we were leaving even one of the mechanics gave a smile and a wave goodbye.
OH and the interior of their establishment is so spotless it caught our attention immediately 😊

Love this place. It's a great shop through and through. The place is very clean, they offer drinks and snacks while you wait, and they make sure you are very informed about what is going on with your vehicle without pushing you into anything. They know what they're doing and everybody is very professional. Will def be back. Thank you for the amazing service. 20 out of 10

Not your average automotive repair shop. Very clean service bays & waiting area. Friendly staff, (Mark), that doesn't put the pressure on to have items repaired or replaced. A vehicle inspection was provided with photos & explanations of any issues you may have. Service was also performed quickly & started as soon as I arrived. Highly recommended!

Complete 💯 percent customer service from the moment you walk thru the door until the moment you leave.
All work is explained & pictures are shown to you so you know exactly what your car needs & the work that will be done. No work is started before discussing with you so you aren't surprised when you get your invoice.
Prices are reasonable.
Very clean business, well lit & beverages & snacks for the customers. Seating with TV if you wait while your car is being serviced.
Also there is a window so that you can see your car as the mechanic works on your car.
And a rose is left on your dashboard which is a very nice touch of class.

Very professional, clean, friendly, and fast. Large window that allows you to watch the mechanic. Free coffee and snacks. TV with nice comfy chairs to wait in. After the mechanic is done they send a text with a detailed report of what was found during the inspection, which includes pictures so you know the mechanic isn't making things up to gouge you. My oil change was only slightly longer than 30 minutes. Very very happy with my service. I will definitely use them again! They even left a flower on the dash.
