Lupita is incredibly knowledgeable, yet warm and approachable. She is clearly passionate about sharing her wealth of information, and is gifted in her ability to provide the perfect word of encouragement when needed. I was unfamiliar with sound bath, but she easily explained how they worked and their benefits. I really enjoyed my first sound bath experience with her and found it to be very peaceful and soothing.

Listening to Lupita guide me through the meditation while accompanied with the most soothing of instruments, was an absolute delight and the best hour of peace I've had in a while, I highly recommend the experience.
