“Bought a new GMC 3500 truck from Kelley Buick in Bartow and waited almost 3 months for delivery. Went to pick it up and the detail kid backed it into a pole. Needless to say, I didn't get the truck that day. They sent the truck to the Body Shop for repairs and advised it would be 10 days. Went by the Body Shop and John was SUPER accommodating and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Ending up getting the truck in 3 days. If you need any body work done, John is your guy.”
