“Friendly and helpful staff, busy during peak hours. I'm not entirely sure why everyone is being so harsh and rating this location 1 star. I've lived in this area for 7 years and I rarely have a poor experience with this CVS. The employees always wave and greet me upon entrance, walk me to specified items in aisles, and are there to help me solve any issues I have. Lines for prescription pickups are typically longer during peak hours. When scheduling a pickup in person or on the phone it's always available at the time we've arranged with no issues. I've never had a mix up with my MANY medications (8 different, 1 from a separate doctor). The only issue with the pharmacy seems to lie in CVS itself, not the store specifically. When requesting a refill online sometimes it won't go through leaving me empty handed when picking up my medication. They really should look into getting that fixed, but other than that if you call or go in person they'll gladly help you and everything will be guaranteed to be ready for you. Maybe, perhaps, the people who reviewed this location negatively feel the staff are rude because they theirselves are rude. I always come in in a good mood and their attitudes match that of mine. Upon further investigation, other reviews seem to be very strange about their star rating. They'll only give companies 1 or 5 stars, no in between.”

“I had a great experience! The view of the lake is calming, and they gave me a blanket to keep me warm! I fell asleep getting my teeth cleaned and then Dr. Cruz came in the room to check my teeth! “I met Dr. Polo today due to an emergency. He and his team willingly fit me into their schedule one day after my root canal broke off. I have never met such a professional group of people. Very kind and patient. They didn’t have to take me in, but understood my issue and had no hesitation in helping me. Dr. Polo was very compassionate for my situation and fit me into his schedule to get a root canal procedure done when I don’t believe any other dentist would have. He and his team did a perfect job and made me feel welcome. My previous dentist is retiring and I am so thankful to have met Dr. Polo because I now have a new dentist that I know will take good care of me. I am so grateful to have met these people today.
