    We enjoyed our stay at beachplace on longboat key. I was happy to have found Sue Vandiver at Florida Vacation Connection…Sue made our rental process easy and seamless. I would definitely rent from Sue again- the views from the condo on the Gulf of Mexico were amazing and overall the condo was in good shape and extremely clean. I hope to come back to Beachplace on longboat key very soon! Thank you Sue! Lissa Laakso

    The beach front dream house was fantastic. Beach view, direct access to the gulf, pool and spa and spacious master bedroom suite. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating is that the spa cannot be heated separate from the pool which means that you have to heat the pool in addition to the spa. Also the pool/spa heater did not work and it took several days for someone to come out and repair the heater. Otherwise it was a fantastic vacation one that we would consider doing again.

    The staff and the properties this company manage are first rate! We had no problems at all during our rental period. The house and area are spectacular and provided us a wonderful respite from our horrible winter! Sue and the staff at Florida Vacation Connection are great to work with and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
