After moving from another state and being out of my routine for some time now, this gym is by far the best gym that I have found! This has been a game changer for me as I truly look forward to going to workout! (And this has been. A struggle for me up until now). I leave feeling like every single workout is changing my body toward my goal. Besides all of that the trainers and owner and all of their staff are amazing and are truly empowering as women supporting women. I can’t recommend this boot camp enough because it is so much more than a gym! 💓💓💓 thank you Jamie for opening the best spot ever!
You get so much more than a membership - best trainers who really care about your fitness, every workout is different, great group of women who are so supportive of each other, Natalie’s expansive knowledge and endless encouragement through her training and InBody scans and a wonderful owner with such an amazing team working with her
Blush Boot Camp is exactly what the Sarasota area needed! I am so happy to have this wonderful addition here. The workouts, instructors, equipment and the facility are absolutely amazing and the best. I look forward to coming here all the time - a positive, happy environment!
Holy. Workout! I’ve been in and out of fitness my entire life, but these classes are next level, yet, totally achievable. The coaches make everyone feel comfortable with modify the motions and correcting your form to make sure you’re getting the most out of your work out. Really looking forward to having my old body back after having my twins!! And the childcare is the most beautiful cherry on top because that’s been my biggest excuse these past 5 years!
I love everything about this facility! The staff are beyond sweet and caring and the girls who workout there are supportive and welcoming.
I love how the workouts are all different and you rarely ever repeat the same workout each week! Incorporating lots of weights and Olympic lifts is soo awesome too!! Love it here!!
