Hope Park

Hope Park is a hidden gem that I discovered recently in North Port. This 1.9 acre neighborhood park located on Lombra Ave is a great spot for family gatherings or just a fun day out with the kids. The park offers a playground for the little ones, as well as a large open green space for playing games or picnicking. The pavilion with picnic tables and a grill is also available to visitors, making it a perfect spot for a family barbecue or picnic.

I was impressed by how well maintained the park is. The grass is kept short and neat, the playground equipment is in excellent condition, and there's rarely any trash or litter lying around. Additionally, the park is usually not too busy, which is a nice change of pace from some of the more crowded parks in the area.

One thing that really sets Hope Park apart is its peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It's a great place to relax and unwind, and the lack of crowds really makes it feel like a hidden oasis. Surrounded by homes in a quiet residential community, I drive by all the time and I never see anyone there. Probably because nobody knows it's even there. Like a nice private park.
