Historic Spanish Point

Every time we visit Selby Gardens we see new views and old favorites. Highly recommend checking out their website to find out about current or upcoming events. There is a small cafe where you can eat inside or outside amongst the lovely gardens. This is an incredible place to go for a long walk. The parking area is under construction so parking can be challenging on the weekends.

Went here recently with my reciprocal membership for the first time, and really enjoyed it. Lots to learn, and beautiful sights to see. My family loves to explore, and this is the perfect place. It isn't too long for the kids to get tired out, but it isn't to short to make the drive not worth it. We happened to go around Halloween, so they had the place spookified too, which the kids loved. Will definitely be going back!

I was on my motorcycle and didn't have GPS in front of my eyes.
I was looking for the sign said 'Marie Selby botanical garden' on the side of the road but not visible.
The garden is in The Historic Spanish Point.
I finally found it and enjoy my visit.

The entrance fee is $15 for adults and i think it was worth it. The grounds were well maintained, and you can take lots of pretty pictures. The bay view and the garden views are beautiful. There's also a food truck available serving lunch and snacks until 2 pm. The only complaint i have is that we found out there was an AR art exhibit going on when we were leaving. You are supposed to download an App in order to see it. We didn't know about it and the staff didn't tell us when we purchased the tickets.

Beautiful surroundings take you back to old Florida. Lovely walk to see flora,fauna and nature. They also have a beautiful butterfly garden.
