Randy's Brake Repair

Randy thoroughly inspected my brakes, including taking my car for a test drive so he could hear what I was describing. He also took the time to show me the issue, and exactly what was needed to fix it. He called about replacement parts, and he gave me an accurate estimate before I left my car. He quickly completed the job within just a few hours, and the cost was as he estimated. I definitely recommend Randy's Brakes if you need them. You won't be disappointed.

Had a work truck problem yesterday - diagnosed over the phone as a probable whole system repair (master cylinder, don't know what it is but it sounds expensive). Due to the age of the truck (2005) and the symptoms I described over the phone, Randy told me the worst case scenario as the probable top range of the amount I was likely to spend. It sounded expensive (what isn't?) but buying a new work truck was not an option and I had things to do. When Randy put my truck up on a lift and discovered the problem (punctured brake line), it turned out to be far less money than I fully expected to spend on this problem. Randy had the chance to take advantage of my ignorance of auto repairs and their costs - but he didn't! That means far more to me as a consumer than any brake repair on an old beat up work truck. My truck was repaired quickly and professionally and at a far lower cost than could easily have been charged.

In the event I need repairs on this truck or my other vehicles in the future, I will start with Randy. Thank you Randy!
