Although this location was way too far. This location is what I would expect from 360. The courtesy, the cleanliness, the professionalism and the kindness. That doesn't surprise me. So it would be 5 starts but due to the location which was much further away, making it difficult driving such a distance. Which is only temporary thank goodness.

My first visit after a very painful sciatic nerve incident. I am so grateful Dr. Kotcharian saw me right away on an emergency basis. He was personable, kind and i liked him immediately. He also told me I had two herniated discs; thus the continued pain. This was not explained to me at the ER. He assured me that he could help me by giving me a guided epidural injection. One never knows what can happen when you are in Fl for only a few months. Thank God for the skilled orthopedic specialists in this area. Very thankful.

I am very pleased to have met with Doctor Kotcharian. I could tell within the first few minutes that he is a conscientious, dedicated and very well-qualified physician. He was respectful of my concerns. He did not rush me. He communicated his knowledge with clarity.

Dr. Kotcharian is easy to talk with and he responds to my issues by giving me options for care. He doesn’t jump to surgery as a solution as a first choice. I would recommend him to anybody.

The office runs so efficiently, especially with so many patients. Everyone was really nice. Dr. Kotcharian was very patient and thorough. I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit.
