Amazing! The fine folks at Solstice literally saved my life three times for which I'm grateful! Dr. Melo and his staff are full-service providers who provide a 360 health experience that covers everything and anything you could imagine. With their friendliness and generosity you'll feel appreciated and safe with their concierge-like care. I've been dealing with the Healthcare industry intensively for 20 years now and unfortunately most doctor's are locked away in their little silos with no communication and coordination between each other. Instead you go to each doctor individually and it's up to you to synthesize the results and manage your healthcare. Solstice on the other hand will do the health management for you which is a huge relief for the patient and makes complex cases far less of a burden. These folks have changed my life so much that I almost feel reborn! A+

I feel very, very fortunate to have found Dr. Melo and Solstice Health & Wellness. Dr. Melo goes above and beyond the norm -- he provides EXCEPTIONAL healthcare.

For starters, prior to our first meeting Dr. Melo spent a considerable amount of his own time reviewing the medical history I'd sent him. I could tell as much, as he came to our appointment having a big headstart on our conversation. We accomplished a lot that very first day.

Dr. Melo's a great doctor. Vast medical knowledge. Sensitive. Friendly. And whatever malady I've presented he's understood down to the nitty-gritty and gets me headed toward resolving it. At the following appointment he'll pick up right where we'd left off. Remarkable memory.

The practice -- Solstice -- is great. Unlike most doctors who load up on their number of patients and see four per hour, Dr. Melo limits the number of his patients, ensuring that he gives each appointment the time and attention it deserves. I never have to wait several days or even weeks to see this doctor, as Dr. Melo prioritizes providing care when it's needed.

Now's a good time to mention Dr. Melo's promptness. Promptness! That's not a misprint, ha. And this is a doctor who takes and returns your phone calls, too. Wow. I'm so appreciative of such things after a generally frustrating 11 years with my previous doctor who over all that time never once took or personally returned my calls. Dr. Melo does.

Having discovered Dr. Melo I never want to have to search for a doctor again. The quality of healthcare he provides me is better than I've ever imagined a primary care doctor's care could be.

I'd be remiss in writing this review not to discuss Dr. Melo's wife Jessica Melo, a medical professional herself with 20 years, I think it is, of full time experience in the field.

Jessica manages Solstice Health and Wellness -- extremely well, from my perspective -- and helps patients in many ways I've yet to experience. The "About" section of the Solstice website explains. I can tell you Jessica's extremely smart, gets things I may not understand done for me, and is about the kindest person I've met.

So in conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Solstice Health and Wellness. Dr. Melo's expertise, his personalized care, and his genuine concern for my health make me feel extremely lucky to have found him. He truly is an exceptional physician.

This practice is amazing. Knowledgeable, understanding, informative... Dr Melo makes you feel very confident your medical needs are being met. Dr. Melo and Jessica are amazing! I’ve been through so many outpatient and Inpatient programs, as well as physicians who have never been so caring and empathetic towards recovery. I have been seeing Dr Melo for the past 9 months and his care has been exceptional! He takes care of all my primary care needs and is always there for me whenever I need him!
