Every time I turn on my OCT I am reminded and grateful to Baseline Ophthalmic Systems for their recommendations prior to the purchase and for the support they provided after the sale. I am really enjoying my Cirrus OCT.
I was having a little difficulty with the unit and Baseline support responded virtually immediately to my call. They worked with me professionally and courteously a few times to resolve the issue. The problem had nothing to do with the OCT unit itself but was more of a networking problem on my end. They promptly worked with me to repair the problem at no cost to me under the warranty.
If anyone is looking to work with a company to supply their ophthalmic equipment needs, they could do very well to look to Baseline for professional advice and support.
