Don is a steely-eyed vacuum man!!! There's a reason he's been in business so long and has been successful. Recently, we brought in our Dyson Animal 2 to be serviced and it came back so clean you would think it just came out of the box!! The repair quote was very fair and the service was exceptional!! The guys there were great, evaluated the problem, offered a solution, and didn't even charge me for the time they took to diagnose. Not only that but the service I requested they let me know I would be wasting money and they directed me on what to do. Exceptional customer service.
