I have always been treated in a professional matter by the staff, and they have been very helpful. I am grateful that they are my insurance coompany.

I would like to share with everyone I’ve been very pleased with the service that I received in the promise of a problem that I had after the storm. Feel confident employee these people as your insurance company.

There is really nothing to tell since all I do is to pay my bill. If there had been an incident that called for a quote or other help I would have something to talk about. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. That should tell you something.

Very helpful and efficient, Cypress and their Sarasota Office (Dakkak) in particular Mr Maurice. I am long time customer, best Business Insurance, tailored for my business. I’m very happy with their service !!!

I have been puzzled and a bit dismayed with the present agent who contacted me January, 2023 re: my home owners policy and that the company was going to drop my coverage. She stated I needed to hire a certified plumber to make some repairs, take pictures of the work and the bill, showing that I had paid the bill. I did as requested. Then a month or so later, she said she wanted color pics. I answered that I had sent colored pics. No response. A couple of weeks ago, I called the agent to find out what my next premium, due in June, would be and if they may still drop me. I have not received an email, a phone call, a note through then USPO. NO RESPONSE.
I've always had timely, professional help from Dakkak Insurance for years. What has happened? I'm puzzled.
