(May 15, 2023, 9:59 am)I just moved into Solaire and am very pleased with the community. Everyone that I have met so far is very nice and the location can't be beat. I also received great customer service from Mar, one of the leasing agents. Any questions that I had during the leasing process were addressed in a timely and helpful manner.
(April 29, 2023, 3:26 pm)Moving to Sarasota was hard, especially finding a place to call home. All the other apartments had a lot of bad reviews, and it was constantly the same issues and didn't seem like they tried to fix it. We looked at Solaire it had some great reviews, and we checked it out. Mar dealt with us since day one. He was always so nice to us and very kind. He gave us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. He made us love the place and wanna move here. If it wasn't for Mar, we wouldn't be too sure if we would still have ended up here. We will see how things go throughout our stay until we decide to move out.
(April 8, 2023, 1:10 pm)The property at Solaire is beautiful and all the staff is so helpful. Our leasing agent Mar was so patient with us and made the move-in process so easy. He answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and even communicated with us after office hours. We're in love with our new apartment and the location and amenities here can't be beat. Thanks Mar!!

Day and night, these guys provide the highest level of service.
They laugh at my jokes.
They tell me how handsome I am.
Oh and anytime I need help with service requests, it's done almost immediately.
They are respectful, fun, and kind, and there's no complaints I have yet, and I don't expect to ever have a complaint whatsoever.
I want to shoutout all of the people on the maintenance team, whose names I always forget (except Caleb, I remember his)
And a huge shoutout to Mar because he's an all-star. No matter what the problem is, he's eager to go above and beyond to solve it, and he makes everything fun and light and he's super easy to work with.

The staff is first class, the property is well kept, and every resident I’ve met is so kind.
I moved from another Bell property 16 hours away and my trip ended up getting me here after hours. The Solaire team stayed late to ensure I got access to my apartment and made me feel right at home!
A big shout out to Jennifer and her whole team!
Honorable mentions, Mar, who graciously stayed up and made our arrival easy and Caleb for trying to make my pup feel loved.
