Dr. Danee is amazing. I tried everything and struggled to lose weight for the last 2 years. Although I was practicing some of the habits in Dr. Danee's program, until I started her full program, my approach was not balanced. In the past, when I didn’t see results, I often reverted to not eating enough which still wasn’t working.
My weight was up and down for 2 years and gradually increased resulting in me gaining 20 pounds.
After starting this program, I lost 12 pounds in less than a month. I felt healthier and had more energy. I didn't feel hungry and it was encouraging to see this program consistently working.
After 45 days, I'm within 3 pounds of my goal and I've not been at this weight for almost 2 years. I’m eating nutritional meals, eliminated my indigestion, and improved my cholesterol which is back to a normal range.
This isn't magic or scary medications. It's a very well organized, healthy program which if followed, you simply cannot fail.
