Doctor Freeman is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced orthodontist. In hindsight I am extremely happy I went with him because there are simply no better pair of hands I would have preferred to be in than Dr. Freeman's. I had a complicated case for my mid 30s age, and with Freeman's expertise with Invisalign, he had fastidiously transformed my humble smile to one that I can proudly grin with ear-to-ear. He is a perfectionist and he truly cares about your results, I cannot overstate that. The alignment of my teeth took longer than for an average person, but his fantastic office, associates, and him personally, were there with me every step of the way in the course of my treatment. He truly cares about his patients, and that is the most important thing above all else for me. Thank you so much again, Doc!
Two kids treated by Dr. Freeman and his wonderful staff, one with Invisalign and one with traditional braces. Can't say enough good things about the practice; kids and parents alike happy with the treatment and results.
Dr Freeman is incredible. Always takes the time. Some cases can be rather complex and he is very individualized with the treatment plan and what works best for the patient!
Office staff is always friendly!!
I am so glad we chose Freeman.
I highly recommend Dr. Freeman for patients of ANY age. He is very responsive and understanding. As a retirement-age adult I had the opportunity to work with him and his staff on a consult regarding a very challenging bite correction. He took his time explaining the process, he recommended additional professionals (oral surgeon, periodontist) needed to complete the treatment and was clear about the pros and cons of undertaking this work at my age. Ultimately I chose not to move forward with the treatment and Dr. Freeman was very supportive and professional about helping me make that decision. A true (kind-hearted) professional.
Dr. Freeman and his staff do great work. My son's smile looks amazing. He offers free consultations as well.
The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is because of appointment scheduling. It is very difficult to book an appointment outside of high school hours. I never had an issue at the middle school level because of the 9:15 start time. But high school requires afternoon appointments and the staff does not offer appointments with the doctor in the afternoons after 2:30 p.m.
My assumption is that the majority of Freeman's patients are school age teens. He does good work so he probably doesn't have to offer any appointment flexibility with families, but it would be a welcome gesture if he did. I don't like to pull my child from school unless absolutely necessary. Why couldn't Freeman offer one late night per week? Or one Saturday per month? I assume this is a function of supply and demand, but it would be much appreciated if he were more considerate toward the schedules of the population he serves.
