I have a very temperamental off the track mare, named Santora. No worries with this amazing vet, Dr. Whitney. My horse loves her and so do I! Our entire barn uses her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and very kind with the horses!! Couldn't be happier since we made the change a few years ago!

Whitney was recommended to us when we moved here, we had a horse that was suffering from several life threatening issues and she was quick to respond. Her knowledge and compassion are second to NONE!!!
She has spent countless hours with us working on different techniques to make things better. We still have a ways to go but because of Whitney he is still here with us and likely shouldn’t have been. We are so eternally grateful for her professionalism and care she has provided not only to our horse but to us as well.

I was blessed the day I was referred by a good friend to Dr. Whitney at Gulf coast Equine.. My 24 year old American paint was suffering with a soft tissue injury and was being Diagnosed with an absess....
She came Gave him a full examination spent over 2 hours with him to decide what exactly to do... at the end of our visit she had made a decision and proceeded with his plan of care... I can't begin to tell you the compassion the concern
and the professionalism that she extended it was amazing... It has been about a month and a 1/2 and I'm glad to say that he is well on his way to be the best that he can be because of her... She truly has a love for all the animals that she takes care and that makes her outstanding in her field. I can't say enough..
