I was told by Spectrum that I had a bad HDMI - call geek squad or someone like that. Called Geek Squad - they were useless. Told me i needed a new receiver and to call them back. ($140 to know nothing more than I did)
I didn’t know “someone like that” - thought it was my only option. it came up in a topic with a friend a few days after Geek Squad was there. He told me I needed a new receiver. Fixed all my issues and more. Vitaliy was amazing!! He didn’t judge me for not knowing my system, understood my “non-tech” language to explain the problem. AMAZING experience!!! Thank you!!
