(June 24, 2023, 5:34 pm)Great location right on a beach. To rent an umbrella is $20 a day and no longer $15 like the condo owner listed on the information paper. We have 2 huge cockroaches crawled into the condo we were renting on a 7th floor. No idea how they ended up inside but I guess it’s one of the normal things on a Florida beach condo. The elevator in north building needs a maintenance, it’s seems to stock sometimes and shakes few inches up and down when stops.

(January 14, 2020, 6:35 pm)The location of Crescent Arms is absolutely fantastic. Close to stickney point rd and easy to get to! The beach is really nice and for the most part pretty calm. Buildings are taken care of and gated, what more to ask for?

(August 22, 2018, 9:39 pm)Siesta Key beach is amazing the views are perfect.. Lots to do , restaurants, biking, boating and anything a family would like to do. The only downfall we came during red tide. Very sad seeing all the marine life dead.

(July 31, 2017, 4:37 pm)The property is older than some others for sure. Our room itself was nice despite some minor quirks. It was really easy to get out onto the beach from the building. The major downside was the location of the pool. It is all the way by the road instead of by the main condo buildings. But, the property was very well maintained, and I would stay here again.
