She taught me how to deal with the anxiety that was taking over my life. It's a process, but Aida helped me get to where I am now: back to enjoying life.

She understands that there will be set backs. She is non judgmental. She is just an all around great therapist and great person. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs that outlet.
